Delete your Creator CFO account

You can ask Creator CFO to delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time. You don't need to reinstall a mobile app to do this.

What happens

• This requests deletion of your Creator CFO account and the personal data linked to it that we are not required to keep.
• We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days after verification. This is a target, not a guarantee, and some records may be kept where the law, security or accounting rules require it.
• Some invoice, audit, security or accounting records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
• If you have an active subscription, billing must be reviewed or canceled before deletion is completed. Support will confirm this with you.
• If you own a workspace that has other members, ownership may need to be transferred before deletion.
• We'll email you when deletion is complete.

If you can sign in

Sign in, then go to Settings → Account and choose Delete account. You can see your request status there and cancel it until our team starts reviewing it.

If you can't sign in

Email support@creatorcfo.app with the subject "Account deletion request". Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us which email address the account uses. We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before we delete anything.
