Terms of Service
Last updated November 5, 2026
Creator CFO is operated by Saltwater Investments LLC d/b/a Creator CFO ("Creator CFO", "we"). These terms apply to your use of Creator CFO. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
- Creator CFO helps creators organize brand deals, contracts, deadlines, usage rights, invoices and payments. Features may change over time.
Billing & subscriptions
- Creator CFO Pro is a paid subscription, priced at $49 per month or $499 per year.
- New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial.
- If no payment method has been added by the end of the trial, the subscription cancels. If a payment method has been added, the paid subscription begins when the trial ends and renews automatically on the monthly or annual cadence you selected until canceled.
- The workspace owner manages billing, including payment method and cancellation, through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Workspace members cannot start or manage a Creator CFO subscription.
- No public promo codes are offered at launch.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added where required.
- If a payment fails, paid access continues for a 7-day grace period. If payment is not resolved within that period, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still view your existing data, but creating or changing paid features is limited until billing is resolved.
- Complimentary beta or administrative access, where granted, is separate from paid subscriptions and is not billed through Stripe.
Your account
- Keep your login details secure and tell us if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
- You're responsible for activity in your workspace, including people you give access to.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the contracts, documents and data you upload or enter.
- You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide Creator CFO to you, including AI-assisted analysis when you request it.
- Only upload content you have the right to share with us.
AI-assisted analysis and your review
Contract analysis is automated and can be wrong, incomplete or miss important terms. Suggestions are never applied without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion against the original contract before relying on it, and for the invoices you issue and send.
No legal, tax or accounting advice
Creator CFO helps you organize your business. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those decisions.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces, or interfere with its operation.
- Don't use Creator CFO for unlawful purposes.
Availability and liability
Creator CFO is provided "as is". We work to keep your data safe and backed up, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Creator CFO isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed payments or deadlines.
Ending your use
You can stop using Creator CFO at any time; workspace owners can cancel a subscription in the Stripe Customer Portal. You can request deletion of your account in Settings → Account or as described on our account deletion page; see the Privacy Policy for details. Questions: support@creatorcfo.app.
